PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Strangozzi with black summer truffle and durum wheat semolina pasta.
The particular porosity of this specialty allows it to retain any type of condiment very well.
ADVICE FOR USE
Cook in 3 liters of water for about 10 minutes. Shake a little and no earlier than 7 minutes of cooking in order not to break the product. Drain well and season.
Excellent with truffle sauce, with garlic, extra virgin olive oil and chilli, with Genoese pesto or with simple tomato and basil. Ideal quantity for 3 people.

Durum wheat semolina, water, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, flavorings. Country of wheat cultivation: Italy.
