PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Tagliatelle with White Truffle and durum wheat semolina egg pasta.
The particular porosity of this specialty allows it to retain any type of condiment very well.
ADVICE FOR USE
Cook in 3 liters of water for about 10 minutes. Shake a little and no earlier than 7 minutes of cooking in order not to break the product. Drain well and season.
Excellent with truffle sauce, with garlic, extra virgin olive oil and chilli, with Genoese pesto or with simple tomato and basil.
INGREDIENTS
Durum wheat semolina, water, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), flavorings. Country of wheat cultivation: Italy.
ALLERGENS
DURUM WHEAT FLOUR.

Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.
